great item. i did not purchase this oven from amazon the seller backed out at the last minute,but i did get one from ebay. it does eveything i was told it would do xcept it has to be a small pizza the only size that will work.
No it's not perfect, but I wouldn't buy anything else. The shelves are in the right positions. We have purchased many toaster ovens in our live, but th first and best we have always had are Black and Decker. They toast everything well.
Mine is white and quickly tarneshed even after repeated cleanings. This one just stopped toasting the top of the bread. It looks like it old and at a year and a half its Toast.Hope this review will save you money and aggrevation. My toaster just died after a year and a half of use. We had another Black and Decker toaster oven for over 10 years.
Black and Decker should be ashamed of this product. I am glad it was cheap because I really would have been upset. Basically a piece of junk.
My kitchen is white so I was limited in choice. Like many others have commented, it gets extremely hot. I bought this toaster when my toaster of 13 years died.
I have tried to use the broiler oven feature and it does not maintain its temprature so you can't really use it to cook small oven items. One star is being generous. I chose this one because the features were similar to my old one, it was white and it wasn't huge.
BIG WASTE OF MONEY.
Presents for You. Ordered this item as a Christmas Gift. Returnign the product for a replacement but not counting on getting any response from this company. (not Amazon) Still waiting for a response. Item arrived not working. Had a great deal of difficulty dealing with the vendor.
